Today will be working for 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds rest for 3 rounds. Today, I am using 15#, 20#, and 25# dumbbells, but as always use what works best for you!
1. A) Squat and lunge
B) Mt climbers and donkey kicks
2. A) KB swing
B) Toe taps on wt
3. A) Bicep curl with kickback
B) Lateral bounds 3x and up
4. A) SLDL with row
B) Quick ft with drop squat
5. A) Thruster
B) Knee drive tap and toe tap
6. A) Burpee snatch
B) Plank saws and knee drive
