This session is hosted by Howe Chartered Surveyors and will cover Section 20 Major Works. The presentation will focus on helping property managers to see the bigger picture as well as zooming in on the details, such as for Stage 1 and Stage 2 Notices. We will help you to understand the roles of a surveyor, and how they contribute to help run the project smoothly, as well as covering topics such as ‘choosing between different contract types’ and ‘Alternative Dispute Resolution’.

- Conflict avoidance and means of resolution
