When talking about a Pistol Squat, we tend to focus on the grounded leg.
But the other leg is working quite hard as well.
First, it has to stay elevated throughout the entire exercise, and then the knee should be kept straight, often against the Hamstrings’ resistance.
This brings the muscles to a paradox where they “fight” each other.
