1 Medium Onion
3 Medium Carrots

500ml can of Guinness
200ml Beef Stock
1 Heaped Tablespoon Tomato Puree
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 Tablespoon of Dried mixed herbs
