During the early stages of my rings training, I focused solely on traditional gymnastics elements.
I dedicated myself to perfecting moves such as the muscle up, shoulder stand, forward roll, and back roll.
Through this process, I gained a profound understanding of the control and precision required in ring work.
However, I recently realized that there existed a vast realm of movement beyond the confines of traditional gymnastics that I had yet to explore.
It was at this moment that I came across @huanlueda's rings approach, and it ignited something profound within me.
Witnessing Juan's unique style on the rings served as a catalyst for my own exploration.
I realized that there were countless movements that existed outside the traditional gymnastics framework, waiting to be discovered.
My mind overflowed with infinite variations, progressions, and transitions to explore and play with.
It reminded me of the importance of emptying one's cup, allowing space for extraordinary things to flourish.
