I’ve been hearing that it’s going to be a hot summer. Just like they say every year.
What about right now? I don’t have the luxury to live off my past accomplishments so I have to keep active so that I may create and conquer new goals. Being fit at my age isn’t a trophy to brag about, you’re supposed to be healthy no matter what age you are. The 40 year old individuals I surround myself with and aspire to be like are just as healthy as I am and some may be healthier. My existence here on YouTube isn’t to be a Bar-historian , I am here to inspire you to not make excuses and give your best at anything you choose to do.
