This one is supposed to amplify the force that goes in by a factor of 4, which means if you press against the lever at the top with around 0.5N (which is the average force a standard NEMA17 motor can deliver) it'll put a pressure of around 2N onto the cutting blade.
This particular example runs on my CR-10 Smart (non Pro), which was heavily modified to integrate the Filament-Cutter and a mount for a LGX-Lite DDE.
