This is a really authentic traditional Chinese dish, Pork is used so much in orenital cooking, mix it with a boat load of soy and you have the recipe for an amazing dish.

My aunty used to make this every christmas eve after her takeaway closed, brings back memories.

This will also work with chicken or beef but really is the best with belly pork. Some times we will put boiled potatos into it too.
