DR2PA here again with another video, this time I am giving my first impression/review of the Optimum Nutrition 100% WHEY Protein. This is definitely not the most scientific review but more from the consumer perspective.
Tu summarize my findings (specially since I ramble without a script) here are the things I like about this protein powder: the amount of protein per serving (24g of protein), the amount of servings per container (29 servings in the 2lbs container), the scoop holds exactly 31g of powder (if you compact the powder) so if you are a scooper chance rate you are getting an exact serving, under 150 calories per serving (120 calories per serving), dissolves easily, and of course the price is great for what you get. Here is the list of things that I didn’t like so much but these are not things that I don’t like just that in my opinion could be different or be improved: list on the label the amino acids that are part of the BCAAs (even though I understand that it is redundant to list them when whey protein contains the amino acids already).
