This is a one-hour strength session that focuses on balance, coordination and strength. Balancing is essential for us! Research continues to provide us with the positive benefits of balancing especially as we age.
This class has 7 sets, 8 exercises per set, each exercise is worked/held for 40 seconds.
You will need a yoga mat, a few set of dumbbells and bring a chair! The chair is not needed but assists us until confidence and balance strength is achieved.
