Welcome back to The Blading Physio youtube channel. This weeks video will be a bit different. I'm applying a scientific approach on blading, to help you guys assess (or at least give an idea for an assessment of) a painful ankle.
This assessment follows the Ottawa ankle rules, which will determine if the ankle needs an X-ray to see if there is a fracture.
