INGREDIENTS: Marinara sauce (red pizza sauce)
* 1 heaping tablespoon of tomato paste
* 32 ounce can of plum tomatoes crushed
* 3 tbsp minced onion
* 4 cloves garlic minced or grated
* 1/4 tsp red chili flakes
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* 2 tsp dry oregano
* 1 tsp dry parsley
* 1 tsp sugar
* Pinch salt and pepper

Pesto (green pizza sauce)
* 2 packed cups fresh basil
* 1 cup good extra virgin olive oil
* 3 cloves garlic
* 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 1/2 cup pine nuts ( substitute with same amount pistachios, or almonds, or cashews nuts, or hazelnuts, or pecans, or macadamia nuts, or walnuts
* Juice of 1/2 lemon or 1 tsp
* Pinch of salt and pepper

White pizza sauce (beshamel/Alfredo inspired)
* 3 tsp unsalted butter
* 3 tbsp all purpose flour
* 3 tbsp minced sweet/white onion
* 2 cloves garlic grated or minced
* 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
* 2 cups whole milk
* Pinch salt to taste
* 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
