Jump Rope is a simple and fun cardio move that's great for increasing your cardiovascular endurance without equipment. Jumping rope helps to strengthen and tone your calf muscles while improving your lung capacity and overall stamina.
Complete this move how you usually would with a skipping rope, jumping as fast as possible while using your shoulders and arms to turn your imaginary rope. Try and keep skipping for as long as you can to get your heart rate up and increase your cardio fitness.
