There is a place inside of our minds that is not attached to our thoughts but simply observes our thoughts from a place of calmness and peace. The yogis have many names for this place.
In Blissology we call it the "Wise Guide Inside." It helps us remain centered even when life and our reaction to life can drive us crazy. This place of equanimity is the eye of the hurricane.
It takes practice to stay tethered to this place the same way that it takes practice to do any skill like a handstand or a backbend.
This meditation is the practice of the skill of equanimity and centeredness even when we are in the face of things that could potentially make us anxious and fearful.
Practice Eoin's somatic (body-based) skills of regulating the body and mind back to a place of peace.
Once you feel it, you will call it home more and more. Even in a challenge you will be able to remain in a place of peace. You will be able to resend to situations with clarity.
There has never been a better time to answer this call because now, more than ever, the world is asking us to shop up in our most peaceful vibration.
