15 years ago, Zuora was born out of a vision that we could introduce the world to new ways of doing business by helping companies shift from one-time, individual product sales, to delivering people-centric services and experiences through recurring revenue business models. We called this shift, the Subscription Economy®.
Today, more companies, from different industries recognize this shift in the Subscription Economy and the need to move towards relationship-centric services. As we’ve taken on more innovative companies and helped them nurture and monetize direct digital relationships with their customers - ultimately subscribers- we’ve also updated our brand to reflect the growing Subscription Economy and our own transformation. We started in subscription management and today, we’ve evolved to monetization.
