Alright here’s a full chest tricep and shoulder workout for your next push day. As I did yesterday for the pull workout, I’ll leave all the exercises on the screen. I recommend doing anywhere from 3-4 sets for 8-15 reps each, but just experiment with the volume and see how well you recover and whether or not you can progressively overload.
