This is a golf guide for beginners. We start with the 14 clubs in your golf bag. 14 is the maximum number of clubs you can have in your golf bag. The first club is your putter. You need a putter on the green to get the golf bal in the hole. You also need a set of irons. Short and long irons. They long clubs like 4 or 5 iron have a longer shaft and less loft, so the ball flies lower and further. A short club like a wedge or a 9 iron fly the golf ball higher and shorter. And then we have the woods like a driver of a fairway wood. Those clubs are being used for long distances. A driver for example is used on the teebox for a long drive on a par 4 of par 5.
