The OTSC Twin Grasper is one of the OTSC application aids and facilitates the approximation of gaping edges of a lesion before release of the OTSC clip. It has two jaws which can be opened separately.

The OTSC Twin Grasper is available in flexible shaft length 165 cm and 220 cm.

Application Wall Closure:

1. Targeting the lesion and approximation of the applicator cap and the target tissue.
2. Opening of one branch and grasping one edge of the lesion.
3. Opening of the other branch and grasping the other edge of the lesion
4. Opening the other branch and manouvering the grasper to the other edge of the lesion and grasping this edge.
5. Retracting the branches of the OTSC Twin Grasper into the cap. Release of the clip with hand wheel.
6. Procedure completed.
