Standing Band Adduction
Set-up:
Standing with a stationary object to one side.
Attach a band to stationary object.
Loop band around the ankle closest to stationary object.
Execution:
Start by abducting leg with band towards stationary object.
Next, adduct leg towards body without moving hips or trunk.
Perform on both legs.
