Though I didn’t think so for 38 years of my life.
My dad used to eat sardines when I was a kid and I thought he was sick. I tried a few years ago and still couldn’t stomach them.
Then a few months ago, I found myself strongly craving them… I grabbed a tin of boneless, skinless sardines in olive oil and BAM 💥 I was hooked.
At first, I used them to make a “sardine salad” with celery, onion, and mayonnaise like I would tuna salad. Now I eat them straight out of the can with a fork and savor every bite!
