I'm going to show you how to make crispy pork belly with perfect crackling and tender/juicy meat!

This crispy pork belly was absolutely perfect, crispy bite through pork crackling, tender and juicy meat whilst being full of flavour.

I've struggled in the past with pork belly in the Weber, however i've been working on my method/technique and now I can consistently nail it every time!
You can use this method if you are cooking in the oven, air fryer or in another BBQ.
