One technique for when you can't recover and end up floating upside down (legs up), where there may be too much gas and buoyancy in your legs to swim into an upright position. Stephanie does a good job here by Inflating her BCD slightly to start to bring her chest and head up toward the surface, and then deflates her suit. Bravo!
**Excess gas in the legs is a rare event. But knowing how to recover is good practice.
