A staff member at the Crossroads Hotel in Sydney's South-West has tested positive to COVID-19.
The new case follows the positive diagnoses of two patrons not known to each other - one of those patrons then passing on the virus to three people in his Blue Mountains household.
A Public Health Order has been widened and has asked anyone who was at the pub between the July 3 and July 10 to self-isolate for 14 days and get tested.
The New South Wales Government has also confirmed it will begin to charge returning international travellers for their hotel quarantine accommodation.
Premier Gladys Berejiklian said it will cost $3,000 for one adult, an extra $1,000 per additional adults and another $5,000 per child.
