This exercise demo shows how to perform a Squat Pulse with correct form.
Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms out in front of you for balance. Dip your hips and sit back into a squat position, so that your upper legs are parallel to the floor. Rather than returning all the way up to the starting positing (like in a standard squat). Begin to extend the hips, raising up slightly but not all the way, then back down into the deep squat position. Pulse between the upper and lower squat positions for the duration of the exercise.
