In this quick tutorial from Yvolution, you will learn how to assemble your Y Velo Air bike from Yvolution.

1. Carefully open the box using a safety knife to break the tape along the edge of the packaging.

2. Take out and separate the contents of the box.

3. Use the long bolt and spacer to thread through the holes at the rear axle.

4. Place the wheel in position and add the other spacer before tighten the knot. Take the two Allen keys and turn in opposite directions until the wheel is secure

5. Insert the seat post into the frame, use the extension knob to set the height tighten with your fingers.

6. Slide the top of the front forks through the head tube. place the blue top over the top and insert the bar stem. Use the supplied bolt to lock this in place, turn with your fingers and tighten with the Allen key.

Congratulations, you have now assembled your Velo Air.
