This is a powerful and surprising kimura shoulder lock that you hit after a back take. Once you have the pinky hand grip you use your knee to pry the opponents hand away from their body. Once the hand is on the other side of your leg, your leg then acts as a ramp to be able to continue to pull the arm behind their back. Make sure your other arm is actively trying to choke as well, this holds the opponent in place so they can't escape.
