In this video I show you how to test the compressor on a Whirlpool Side by Side Refrigerator. If you have a machine that is not cooling, it could be due to the compressor not running.

When the condenser fan is running the compressor should also be running. The PTC relay and the overload on the side of the compressor can burn up over time and need replaced. They would cause the compressor to not run and your fridge would start to get warm.
