Olympic Gold Medalist Guenter Seidel trains at EZIA Human Performance to improve his functional strength, endurance, mobility, and balance. In these 3 drills Guenter is forced to balance on an unstable surface and complete movements that strengthen all the muscles of his core- the hips, obliques, lower back and of course abs.
