This is the grand daddy of marmalades if you ask me! :). It has the most distinct taste and pairs well with most anything. Only a few ingredients and you are ready to enjoy a world of flavor. In this video I make it the traditional way and I also added my own touch to a separate batch. The key is making sure your mixture reaches a setting point which is about 221f and keeping it there for at least 15-30 minutes. If you cant find fresh oranges there is a kit in a can that you could purchase and makes it a lot less work with peeling and julienning oranges. Hope you like it as much as we do and give it a try!
