I definitely laughed when I heard this audio, but at the same time it’s not true.

(It may be true that your videos never go viral, but the algorithm doesn’t hate you…

First, your videos not going viral is probably a good thing - more on that in a moment.

How does the algorithm work?

It tries to show the best possible videos for each individual browsing in the app.

That’s it. 🤷🏻‍♂️

The algorithm doesn’t love or hate anyone, it loves GREAT content like chocolate loves peanut butter…

…and hates bad content like chocolate hates dogs. 😕

And it’s frustrating, because our Reels feed is full of POPULAR videos, so it makes our view count feel puny.

The fact that something goes viral means it is super mass appeal!

But as business owners, we want to reach our ideal customer.
