You don't always have to train with heavy weight to make muscles grow. Put that to the test with this crazy chest and triceps workout with Tyrone Bell, where I put him through my triceps routine and he ran me through his chest program. This was an insane training session with an awesome pump.
Side Note: Tyrone Bell is the official trainer for the TV series Spartacus, which came about after training actor Liam McIntyre for his role in War of the Damned. Tyrone flew out to BPI Sports headquarters, from New Zealand, and we caught a workout at the BPI Gym.
