Today, I’m sharing with you a simple but awesome recipe for your caffeine cravings. I use yerba mate, an herbal tea that originated from South America. It’s a clean source of caffeine that also helps increase energy, enhance mental functions and boost your immune system.
Here are all the ingredients you need:
- A hot cup of yerba mate tea
- 2 teaspoons of Garden of Life Protein Powder
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of coconut oil or MCT oil
- 1 heaping teaspoon of ghee or grass-fed butter
- A dash of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of Jing Herbs Awaken the Shen (optional)
- Manuka honey (optional)
Blend it up and enjoy a frothy hot morning beverage that’s packed with nutrients!
