Hi Guys...Kicking off 2018 with a Nigerian Breakfast Recipe.
Akara (Bean Fritters) are perfect for Breakfast but I eat breakfast for thing-- Anything goes lol
Ingredients:
Honey/Brown Beans
Frying Oil (Canola, vegetable, palm oil)
Onions
Habenero Peppers
Seasoning (Curry, Maggi, Salt, Thyme, cayenne Pepper)
