I am in Poland for the first time ever! Me and my friend hit the Christmas market of Wroclaw and taste test traditional Polish food. We start out with Christmas soup which is inarguably the best-known Polish food during Christmas and the we tried Pierogi. These stuffed dumplings evolved into one of Poland's favorite dishes. Every family has their own version of pierogi filling, and the ingredients that can be used are limited only by the imagination of the chef.
