Ingredients of Paneer Chili Recipe:
1. Paneer.
2. Sliced Capsicum.
3. Sliced Onions.
4. Corn Flour.
5. Chopped Tomato.
6. Green Chilli.
7. Chopped Ginger Garlic.
8. Sugar, Salt and Soya Sauce.
9. Tomato sauce.
10. Vinegar.
11. Red Chilli Powder.
12. Refined Oil.
Method of How to Make Chilli Paneer:
1 -Take small size Paneer pieces in a bowl.
2 –Add 2 Tbsp Corn Flour.
3 -Add half Tsp Salt.
4 –Add half Tsp Red Chilli Powder and add 1 pcs Egg. Now mix it well.
5 -Now fry the marinated paneer.
6 -After collecting the fried paneer, add chopped ginger garlic on hot oil. After that add Sliced Onions. Also add sliced tomato after few times.
7 –Add 1 Tsp Salt, Half Tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1 Tsp Sugar, Soya Sauce, Vinegar, Tomato Sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
8 –After that Add Fried Paneer and Sliced Capsicum. Also add Green Chilli. Stir it regularly. Close the lid.
9 –Now open the lid and add some water. Again close the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
10 –Open the lid and add Corn Flour for making chili paneer gravy more thicker. Stir it regularly for 3 minutes.
11. Now Chilli Paneer is ready . Serve hot.
