The White House will not overturn the ruling preventing Apple from selling its Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2 in US markets.
Medical monitoring technology company Masimo has accused the electronic giant of incorporating its pulse oximetry tech into its watches.
Apple has pulled the affected watches from shelves.
However, Apple is appealing the commission’s decision.
Its attorneys claim the $3 trillion company “will suffer irreparable harm” if the models remain off the shelves.
