BLACK PEPPER – 8 TO 10 Nos.
CLOVE – 3 Nos.
GREEN CHILLI – 2, FINELY CHOPPED
CUMIN SEEDS – ½ TSP
GINGER – ½ INCH
ONION (SMALL) – 2, FINELY CHOPPED
TOMATO (MEDIUM) – 1, FINELY CHOPPED
CORIANDER SEEDS POWDER – 1 TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER – 1 TSP
KASURI METHI – 1 TABLE SPOON
