I am extremely passionate about mental health and physical wellbeing and have worked with numerous reputable clients. I am privileged to see the transformation in their mental, physical and general wellbeing.
I love encouraging and motivating others to be the best that they can be. I have set up this channel to empower individuals who would love to get mentally and physically fit.
Online Course to Combat Anxiety
A 6 Week practical online course empowering you to be in charge of anxiety by using exercise and self-talk
On this six-week practical online course, you are empowered to get in control of anxiety by using exercise and positive self-talk.
At the start of each session, you are guided through a 30-minute workout that is sent to you via email or phone, followed by a 30-minute positive self-talk session.
Personalised advice throughout these sessions is provided, journaling is strongly encouraged, and you will get a phone-call to check on how you are doing at the end of each week.
Sessions are either 1:1 or in a group of a maximum of 4 people.
