Authentic Kerala Dishes with my personal Touch 😍
Ingredients
Tender Coconut -2 cups
Condensed Milk -3 tbsp
Sugar -5tbsp
Salt -one pinch
Cardamom -2
Cow milk -2 cups
Thick coconut milk -1 cup
Coconut Water -1/2 cup
Cashewnuts - opt
Method
When you take the pulp of the tender coconut make sure you don’t scoop too deep. We need to grind the pulp with the tender coconut water. Take some grated coconut and take the coconut milk with tender coconut juice.keep it aside.
In a big wok add 2 cups of milk. Reduce the milk to 1 ½ cup. Add condensed milk and sugar and dissolve well. Check the sweetness before adding the sugar. Add a pinch of salt. Stir in low flame. Add the ground pulp . mix well. Add some cardamom powder. Now add the tender coconut pulp too. Mix . then add the coconut milk mix well. Stir continuously or 5 mins. Add the fried cashewnuts . you can serve it cold.
