This is a 365lb safety squat bar pin squat performed with about a second pause at the bottom, which is approximately parallel depth. Previously I performed SSB pin squats to the pin above, but this was the first session I performed this specific variation's depth. My bodyweight is about 170lb. I began the session with 3 sets each of reverse hypers, leg extensions, machine hip abduction, and machine hip adduction. Then I performed 2x5 light SSB reverse lunges before my ramping SSB pin squat sets up to this lift. After this top single, I performed 3x10 SSB good morning, 3x10 pendulum squat, 5 sets of snatch grip axle bar pause deadlifts until grip fatigue, and 3 sets of machine lumbar extension. Later at home, I performed 3 sets each of wrist flexion and wrist extension exercise.
