What is Tabata?
Tabata is a type of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout that aims to yield the most benefits in a short amount of time.
Benefits of a Tabata Workout:
▶️ boosts metabolism
▶️ time-efficient
▶️ boosts aerobic and anaerobic fitness levels
▶️ increases lean muscle mass
▶️ raises heart rate
Tabata Supersets Exercises in this Video:
- Rear leg extension
- Rear leg raise
- Rear leg pulse
- Rear leg curl
- Hip opener
- Side pulse
- Side kick
- Round 8:Combine
⏲️ 20 seconds on at your full capacity, or as many as you can and,
⏲️ 10 seconds of rest.
Repeat this session as many times as needed to have a satisfying effect.
