The Cub Scouts of Pack 495 decided to take earnings from their popcorn sales to make their own Gaga Ball Pit. Professional pits can get quite expensive (over $1000) and this was made for about $600. They wanted to have a pit that could be disassembled to take to campouts or other Scout Activities and this was a great choice.
All the Scouts participated in painting (multiple coats) and customizing the boards and walls with the handprints and signatures
While there are some kits that have the corners made, we liked the ease of the Coach Cliff's kit ([ Ссылка ]) and we got the wide knobs so that the scouts could tighten the boards to the frame.
This pit is used several times a year and also loan out to other groups. Was a fantastic investment the Scouts enjoy
