Anda Curry / Egg Curry

Hello Everyone,
Anda Curry is one of the basic recipes loved by everyone in Nepal and it is widely eaten all over the world. It is very easy to make and It tastes delicious. Ingredients

6 boiled eggs
1 table spoon Garlic and Ginger paste
4 table spoon cooking Oil
1 table spoon Coriander Powder
1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric (besar) Powder
1 teaspoon Kasmiri Mirch (can also use degi mirch)
Table Salt (According to taste)
Small piece of Cinnamon
5-7 green cardamom
2 bay leaves
2 dry chiliy
1 tea spoon cumin seeds
3 medium size onion
2 large tomatoes
handful coriander leaves
