Build Big Biceps & Triceps with Bands | Follow Along Workout with Long Band feat. Long Resistance Bands from FITBEAST.
In this workout we will go through the most effective exercises that you can do with the resistance bands for targeting the biceps and triceps. There will be two blocks of exercises. Each block contains 5x exercises, we will perform each exercise for 40 seconds and we will have 20 seconds rest in between and we will do each block for 2x rounds in a row.
If you want to increase the intensity of the exercises you can use a thicker band or combine weights such as dumbbell or kettlebells with the long band to boost up the intensity. If you are looking to increase the volume of the workout, you can do 3x or maybe even 4-5x rounds of each block!
