Ex-Professional Cyclists Matt Stephens & Simon Richardson test three different bikes over the Carrefour de l'Arbre / Pavé de Luchin sector of cobbles, as used in the gruelling Paris-Roubaix.
The experiment was conducted using Powertap P1 pedals connected to a Wahoo Elemnt Bolt GPS Headunit to collect the data before the full analysis to determine, which bike really is the fastest over cobblestones.
The bikes we used are as follow
MTB - Canyon Exceed CF SLX 29'er with 2.2" Continental Speed King tyres
Cyclo-Cross - Trek Crockett with 35mm Continental CycloCross Speed Tyres
Road Bike - Orbea Avant with 28mm Continental Grand Prix 4000 S II tyres
