Let’s talk pole dance. In this video I share with you my top 4 tips and tricks about what you can do when you feel dizzy from a spinning pole 🌀 Almost every pole dancer knows that feeling when you spin too fast on the pole: you lose your orientation, you experience dizziness/vertigo and maybe you even start to feel a little bit sick. I really love spinning pole, that’s why I found ways for me to reduce dizziness and motion sickness. I also share some tips with you how to make tricks on the spinning pole look better! Simple but it makes a big difference.

Did you know that kids usually don’t get dizzy or motion sick because their sense of balance is not fully developed yet? They can ride rollercoasters without getting sick because of it! I can remember that I could do literally anything without getting a weird stomach when I was a kid. It’s different now, I can’t even look at my phone as a passenger in the car without feeling sick 😂 I hope my tips help you to enjoy spinning pole a little bit more and maybe over time motion sickness is something you don’t need to worry about anymore ✌🏽
