Prayer For Our Soldiers
Dear God,
Today we lift up all those who are defending our country in some way. We remember all those who serve for our army, navy, airforce and other branches of our defence system.
God, please bless them with strength, so that they may be able to their duty well. Bless them with integrity to be honest at all times.
Shower upon them your blessings and fill them with happiness so that living without their loved ones be0comes easy.
We now pray for our soldiers who are protecting us at this very moment by living in extreme conditions and climate. Grant them your mercy.
We now pray for soldiers who are sick or hurt or injured while serving their country. Heal them physically and mentally.
We pray for the families of our soldiers who are waiting for them to return back home safely.
We pray for families who have lost their mother, father or son or daughter while serving the country... Lord, give them the strength to deal with this loss.
We pray for all the souls of our late soldiers who died during war or battle... May their souls rest in peace (pause and pray for someone who you know)
Also, we pray for ourselves. God guide us so that we may be of some use to our nation and be motivated to serve our country in any small possible way.
This we ask in your name.
