Shoulder 1 - Scapular Depression and Retraction
1) Lie flat on your stomach with your arms at your sides & feet together
2) Move your scapula/shoulder blades down (towards your feet) & hold for 2 seconds
3) From this position, move your scapula/shoulder blades back (together) & hold for 2 seconds
4) Return to starting position
3 Sets of 10 Repetitions
