Ingredients used for Mango adgai:
Raw sour mango : 3 / 500 grams
Sunflower refined oil: 4/5spoons
Sun dried Red byadgi chillies: 200 grams
Powdered Salt 100 grams
Mustard seeds: 70 grams
Fenugreek seeds: 35grams
Turmeric powder: 10grams
Black pepper: 10 grams (optional)
Seasoning:
4 spoons oil
2 spoons mustard seeds ( 20 grams)
1/2 spoons asafoetida powder (10 grams)
Note: The pickle colour looks little brown in the video that is because of the tube light. Actual colour of this pickle this bright red as we have used red byadgi chillies.
