When we think about fitness and exercise, we tend to overlook and neglect the importance of stretching. However, there are many benefits of stretching. Stretching creates long, functional muscles, helps you recover faster, and makes your body more resistant to injuries. When we don't stretch, we get tight muscles that get bound up, which doesn't feel good.
In today's video, we will show you 10 stretches that you should be doing in 2021. You can do these 10 stretches as a stretching routine before bed, when you wake up, or after your workout. You can also pick and choose which stretches you like best.
These are 10 easy stretches anyone can do and will target your lower body, hips, quads, hamstrings, upper body, improve the mobility of your spine, and lengthen your spine. Many of these stretches can help to lessen your back pain. These are great stretches for men over 40 and can easily be done by people who are not super flexible and haven't spent a lot of time stretching.
